-Up to 3 weekly tennis clinics (1-hr. long) + small group fitness training with our Fitness trainers.
-Tennis clinics will be offered 7 days a week.

FASTennis Small Group Training
All Fitness Levels Welcome
Description: Each session is led from start to finish by a trainer who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the 30 min. The session begins with soft tissue work and movement quality with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation. A dynamic warmup into a plyometric circuit concludes the warmup and then we hit the training floor for three strength circuits incorporating multiplanar movements to ensure well-rounded strength. You will always finish the session with heart-healthy conditioning which can be anything from pushing sleds, to riding bikes, to treadmill runs.
Everyone participating in the fitness component will need to schedule a time to meet for 15-20 minutes with our Fitness Director Brian Cioci for a fitness consultation before January 27, 2022.
