Registration:
Registration is completed online thru the website, or on the phone with Aquatics staff.
All participants must have a credit card on file and payment must be received before
the first day of your session.
Makeup Policy:
The Thoreau Club does not provide "makeup" classes for students that miss a
regularly scheduled lesson.
Illness Policy:
If your child is unable to attend a regularly scheduled lesson due to illness or injury,
you many receive a refund or credit for the value of the missed class. A doctor's note
is required.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that The Thoreau Club cancels swim lessons (example: Snowstorm) you
will receive a refund for the value of the missed class. During periods of inclement
weather, please check our website homepage for updates on the status of swim
programs.
Diaper Policy:
In order to maintain an ultra-clean pool, children who are not fully toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the Front Desk for your convenience.
Schedule Policy:
The Thoreau Club reserves the right to amend or cancel a class due to low enrollment.
We believe that learning is best fostered in a social environment.
