Please understand that when registering for camp sessions, registration is considered final upon payment of deposit. Cancellations may be made at any time, however refunds will be issued based only on the following events: a full camp closure due to Covid-related developments; or a sudden, extenuating circumstance such as a medical emergency, death in the family, a move in residences, etc. Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated by the Camp Director on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a Covid-related full camp closure, a credit to the camper's account may be used for future Camp Thoreau sessions or Thoreau Club services in lieu of a full refund if requested.
An administration fee of $100 will be charged for ANY decrease in the number of weeks any campers will be attending camp.
A $250 minimum deposit is required at the time of registration. Any remaining balance must be paid in full by May 15th. Any new registrations made after May 15th must be paid in full at the time of registration.
