Active
A low impact workout on the step and with weight to strengthen and balance.
Aqua Boot Camp
An intense 45 minute water workout involving circuits, deep water and various equipment.
Aqua Fit
A total body workout that will get you running & kicking in the water.
Barre
Isometric movements with music that tones glutes, abs, arms & thighs - no joint impact.
Barre with Weights
Blast
A high intensity interval class using a step to strengthen & shape your body.
Cardio Tabata
High intensity interval training, featuring exercises that last four minutes. The class will focus on plyometrics and compound exercises.
Centergy
Incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core.
Core/Stretch/Tone
Come lengthen, strengthen and increase core strength.  This class has it all
Cycle
Challenging and rewarding workout on indoor bikes with inspiring music. On-line sign-up required 72-2 hours in advance.
Cycle/Core
45 minutes of cycle followed by 15 minutes of Core work

Power Vinyasa Yoga
These high energy flow class moves at a brisk pace and incorporates all areas of practice: standing poses and balances, backbends, hip openers, arm balances, core toning and floor work,. The class is cued to All Levels (modifications and options for advancement are offered), The "POWER" classes move at a faster pace than the other yoga classes. Some prior knowledge of yoga is helpful for the Power Vinyasa Yoga classes.

This class will work your muscles to move better as well as increase flexibility and improve posture. A lengthening and strengthening class all in 30 minutes.
