Program/Class Descriptions
Active
A low impact workout on the step & with weights to strengthen and balance.
Advanced Pilates
A mix of core strengthening exercises and yoga poses that draw on your inner strength to create outer beauty.
Aqua Fit
A total body workout that will get you running & kicking in the water.
Barre
Isometric movements with music that tones glutes, abs, arms & thighs - no joint impact.
Barre with Weights
Beginning Cycle
This four week class will go over specific bike set up, what the computer on the bike can do and how to use it during class as well as guide you through a 30-45 minute ride to learn the basics. You can come to all or any of the four classes.
Blast
A high intensity interval class using a step to strengthen & shape your body.
Centergy
Incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core.
Core
Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles- 30 minute class
Cycle
Challenging and rewarding workout on indoor bikes with inspiring music. On-line sign-up required 72-2 hours in advance.
Cycle/Core
45 minutes of cycle followed by 15 minutes of Core work
Extreme Barre
similar format to our regular Barre classes but moves at a faster pace with more advanced levels of exercises
Fight
Electric mix of martial arts and boxing, kicks up your cardio and defines your body and self confidence.
Groove
Stomp, shake, slide & smile your way through a fusion of club, urban and latin dance styles set to chart topping and retro classic tunes.
Kripalu Yoga
Warm-ups, postures, and breath work. Strength and flexibility are created by sustaining postures.
Muscle Circuit
Combine strength and balance movements to tone and sculpt.
Muscle Conditioning
A full body workout using various props such as bands, ball & gliders to name a few.
Pilates
Strength and flexibility training focusing on the core and mind body awareness.
Pilates Conditioning
Traditional Pilates Mat exercises using heavy hand weights. This workout is designed to challenge, strengthen and tone the entire body.
Pilates Stretch
follows our traditional Pilate's class format with extra focus on stretching and lengthening the body.
Power
Use barbells to strengthen all major muscles with simple athletic movements.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
These high energy flow class moves at a brisk pace and incorporates all areas of practice: standing poses and balances, backbends, hip openers, arm balances, core toning and floor work,. The class is cued to All Levels (modifications and options for advancement are offered), The "POWER" classes move at a faster pace than the other yoga classes. Some prior knowledge of yoga is helpful for the Power Vinyasa Yoga classes.
Strength & Balance
By using a variety of tools we will challenge and improve balance, flexibility and strength.
Stretch & Tone
This class will work your muscles to move better as well as increase flexibility and improve posture. A lengthening and strengthening class all in 30 minutes.
Tabata

Slow paced class focused on strength, balance and alignment by addinglight weight dumbells to our practice.
Yoga/Pilates
a fusion of two very popular classes. This workout focuses on core strength and total body conditioning while incorporating traditional yoga moves into the flow of the class.
