The Thoreau Club is proud to announce our partnership with the global fitness phenomenon Les Mills to bring you the best in group exercise classes. Since its start in the 1990s, Les Mills’ group fitness programming has grown to offer classes ranging from aerobics to cycling to martial arts. With fresh music and moves released every three months, over time you’ll continue to be challenged and motivated. 

Our talented group fitness instructors have gone through advanced Les Mills training to lead energizing, enjoyable, and effective workout classes tailored for basic beginners to group fitness gurus.
