I am a certified personal trainer through the NASM, and TRX certification. I have been training members at Thoreau since 2007 with a background as a weight loss leader.
I am very passionate about helping people to reach their goals and exercising while having fun. I tend to focus on functional training for long term fitness, incorporating exercises into members programs that strengthen the lower body, upper body and core to increase the body’s efficiency, performance and flexibility in daily activities.
I prefer working with my clients with free weights, stability balls, BOSU balls, TRX suspension straps and core boards for variety and FUN!
