I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1997. I worked with the New England Baptist Hospital Spine Center “Boot Camp” program and incorporates some of the techniques into my workouts with clients with back pain. I have lots of experience motivating clients and getting results while working with a wide variety of ages through many different fitness domains including strength and conditioning, injury prevention and general fitness. I tend to use free weights, bands, stability balls and BOSU to achieve core strength and balance.
I am a MIAA/MSSAA Certified Coach and the Cross Country Head Coach at RJ Grey Junior High in Acton. I taught Group Exercise in the 90’s and have been at the Thoreau Club since 1988.
