I have been teaching group exercise at Thoreau since 1995. I am Body Training Systems Certified in Group Power, Step, Active, Ride and Centergy. I hold a YogaFit Level 3 Certification and I am also an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in working with people new to exercise, the “older “ exerciser, and those with specific goals they want to accomplish. My workouts focus on core strengthening through the use of free weights, stability balls, BOSU, bands and the core board.
In my free time I enjoy reading, kayaking, boating, and spending time with my family, and my pets.
