I have worked at The Thoreau Club since 2003 and I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Trainer and is TRX certified. I enjoy encouraging clients toward reaching their goals of living healthful lifestyles.
I have extensive weight loss knowledge with proven results. I was featured in a February 2013 Boston Magazine article for her experience in helping clients lose weight while incorporating strength training. I also qualified as a National Fitness Competitor, which provided me with expertise in the process of weight loss and body conditioning using a variety of training tools.
I love to motivate clients on their journeys toward lifelong fitness, getting back to fitness or reaching elite levels. I enjoy training men and women of all ages and have worked with beginners and athletes as well as with those rehabilitating after injury or illness.
