Team training is a 30 minute training session that not only improves strength and endurance, it also improves balance, agility, and speed. Working in a small team you will work together to accomplish tasks that will improve your fitness level while building comradery amongst the group. It does not matter what you current fitness level is. The program automatically adapts to each individuals abilities.

There are two specific areas that have been designed especially for Team Training. They are our Gym Rax unit located on the main floor of the fitness center and the Connexus unit located upstairs. A variety of training modalities are used in every class. Cross training, interval training, heart rate training, dynamic strength training, static strength training, and Aerobic training.
