Tribe Team Training

TRIBE Team Training™ is the small group-training program delivers the opportunity for us to be a part of something bigger than ourselves with the promise that 'together we will achieve more. In Tribe Training, there truly is something for everyone; no two workouts are ever the same and they are progressive. Members will start with the basics in week one and continuously learn new exercises until the final two weeks of each season.

You will experience fun, belonging, control, support, reassurance and challenges all in a dynamic motivating environment that will respect your individuality so they can achieve more. We are one body, one unit, one team – one tribe.

Each TRIBE Team Training™ program is delivered in a season with seven new seasons developed and released every year. As a member of TRIBE Team Training™, you will never repeat the same workout twice ensuring that you will achieve more than you ever thought possible.

We are very happy to reintroduce TRIBE TEAM TRAINING to our Thoreau fitness family! Even while distancing, staying active and connected is now more important than ever. Let's boost our immune systems together! 

Tribe Team Training is an incredibly safe option for those looking to get back into the swing of group exercise, with focus and emphasis on individual progression. Our Tribe coaches will be delivering both programs in the Thoreau Outdoor Center's (TOC) events room, which is reserved solely for Tribe Team Training during its time slots. All equipment remains in the TOC, and is sanitized before and after each session. We are capping each team at 6 team members for maximum safe spacing and to allow our team members to experience their sessions without masks (our coaches will remain masked for the duration of the sessions).
