TribeKIDS™ is a youth fitness program focusing on developing fit, strong, healthy and confident kids.
TribeKIDS™ incorporates exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow - pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb, and lift
These fun sessions incorporate athletic exercises for coordination, agility, strength and stamina as well as teamwork games and challenges.
Dedicated TribeKIDS™ Coaches will motivate and coach our kids every step of the way. They will encourage our kids to new levels of fitness and strength season after season.
TribeKIDS™ are grouped according to age so that they exercise in a safe non-threatening environment and at the correct intensity.
