Perhaps you've seen the black and yellow TRX straps hanging from Gym Rax in the fitness center and wondered, What are they? How do I use them? How would they benefit me?
Commander Randy Hetrick a Navy Seal created TRX in 1997 out of necessity. He wanted to be able to work out in any environment. Critical to his success as a Seal.
This 6 week course will not make you a Seal however it will use the principles Commander Hetrick used by using your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
