We are excited to introduce two new classes from the world-renowned Les Mills to The Thoreau Club - Grit Strength and RPM!
On Saturday, April 6th & Sunday, April 7th 2019, our fitness team will be instructing eight of the Les Mills classes, including Grit Strength and RPM. Each class will be 25 minutes followed by a 5 minute break.
