Program/Class Descriptions
Aqua Bootcamp
Advanced high intensity cardio and strength training water fitness class conducted in both shallow and deep water using various props including weights, flippers, and kick boards. Participants will be running, kicking and jumping. It is recommended that participants be proficient swimmers.
AquaDance
A total body workout that will get you stomping, shaking, & sliding in the water.
AquaFit
A total body workout that will get you running & kicking in the water.
Balance + Core
By using a variety of props, we will challenge and improve balance, posture, and strength.

BodyFlow
LesMills BodyFlow is an exercise-to-music yoga, tai chi, and Pilates workout. You’ll feel long, strong, centered and calm.
BodyPump
Les Mills BodyPump is a strength training class using barbells that focuses on endurance as well as strength. Light to moderate weight with high repetitions all choreographed to highly motivating music.
BodyStep
Les Mills BodyStep is a step class that is simple, basic yet athletic. Challenging high-intensity intervals will shape and tone your body.
CXWORX
Les MIlls CXWORX is exercising muscles around the core, work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.
Cycle
Challenging and rewarding workout on indoor bikes with inspiring music. Online sign-ups required 24-2 hours in advance.
Cycle Intro
This half hour class is designed as a mini-workshop covering bike set up, what to expect during your rides and an indoor cycling Q&A. There is a warm up and you will perform an abbreviated cycle workout designed to get you ready for your future classes. This is open to all fitness levels.

Grit
Les Mills GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Strength and flexibility training focusing on the core and mind-body awareness.
Pilates + Yoga
A mix of core strengthening exercises and yoga poses that draw on your inner strength to create outer beauty.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
High energy flow class moves at a brisk pace and incorporates all areas of practice: standing poses and balances, backbends, hip openers, arm balances, core toning and floor work. Moves at a faster pace than the other yoga classes. Some prior knowledge of yoga is helpful.
RPM
Les Mills RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
Sh'Bam

Yoga Basics
Begin your yoga journey with this yoga basics class. Learn correct alignment for safe movements in yoga postures. Encouraged for all levels as modifications are provided.
Yoga w/ Weights
Slow-paced class focused on strength, balance, and alignment by adding lightweight dumbbells to our yoga practice.
