Originally from San Antonio, Texas. I have been playing tennis since I was able to walk! I have grown up competing all over the nation and have known I wanted to be a coach for since I was young. I was fortunate to be ranked in the top 10 in the state of Texas and top 100 in the nation.
Going into college I played 2 years at Tyler Junior College where we won a national championship in 2013 and I was able to garner All-American honors for singles and doubles! From TJC I moved onto Indiana University and finished up my collegiate playing at UT-San Antonio where we were ranked 42 in the nation and made it to the NCAA tournament. I have been coaching full time since my exit from college tennis. Beginning with running my own small academy and coaching Men and Women at St. Mary’s University. From there I went onto coach the Men at Montana State University and then moved to San Francisco to coach at the California Tennis Club for a period of time before coming to Boston to be a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Men’s team at Harvard University!
My wife and I are thrilled to be here in Boston and hope to be here for an extended period of time! I’m excited to be a part of the Thoreau Club and the Mayotte Tennis Academy.
