Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Restoring motion is the key. When muscles tighten they pull the musculoskeletal system out of line. Much like the tires on your car, if they are not balanced and aligned they wear out faster and can cause other problems. These problems end up in your joints and you ask yourself how did this happen.
