Group Fitness at Thoreau is designed to help you get fit, stay strong, and exercise with others. With over 70+ classes including cycle, pilates, yoga, aqua fitness, Les Mills BodyPUMP, BodySTEP, GRIT, RPM, and more, it's easy to find a variety of classes that are perfect for you.

Whether you are just beginning your fitness program or are an advanced athlete, our class schedule offers challenging and fun classes for participants ages 12 and over.
