We are excited to introduce a new class from the world-renowned Les Mills to The Thoreau Club - SPRINT!
On Saturday, January 12th and Sunday, January 13th 2019, our fitness team will be instructing four of the Les Mills classes, including SPRINT. Each class will be 25 minutes followed by a 5 minute break.
