Jayne has been a Pilates practitioner for the past 15 years. Most recently she has studied mat-based coursework with Master Trainer, Zayna Gold at Boston Body Pilates in Belmont, and completed her certification as a Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor.
Jayne holds a Masters of Public Health from Boston University. She currently works as a Wellness Project Manager for the Massachusetts Municipal Association in Boston. She also holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate.
Jayne has always been passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, eating well, and managing stress, both for herself, and those around her. When she is not at work or teaching Pilates, she enjoys travel to exotic places and spending time with family and friends.
