I am currently the Thoreau Club’s Personal Training Manager. I am a graduate of Boston College and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I like to emphasizes a combination of strength training, interval training and circuit training in order to achieve the overall fitness goals of my clients. I incorporate core stability, body weight resistance, and free weights for both men and women. I have a passion for health and wellness and enjoy helping others to overcome their perceived limitations with improved strength, fitness and flexibility.
