Private Swim Lessons at The Thoreau Club operate on a regularly scheduled appointment basis for each client. Therefore, to ensure consistency and progress in my swimming improvement program, lessons shall be scheduled with little to no interruptions in their frequency. When coordinating my swim lesson schedule, I shall schedule the entire package of lessons (total of 6 lessons) within an 8 week period.
Cancellation Policy:
When cancelling an appointment, I am required to provide AT LEAST 24-hour notice, for which no additional levy shall be incurred. However, if I cancel a session LESS than 24 hours to the scheduled time, I shall be charged in full for that training session, while my instructor will utilize that time in working on my swimming improvement program. I understand that I'm entitled to a one-time cancellation fee waiver per calendar year, whereby I can cancel a session in less than 24-hours, at no additional charge.
Should The Thoreau Club cancel a session (i.e. pool closure, inclement weather, etc.), my lesson will be rescheduled with no penalty.
