Looking to step up your tennis game and enjoy the challenge of friendly competition? The Thoreau Club has several options for you. All teams and Leagues have coached practices and matches take place at The Thoreau Club and other area clubs.
Dorothy Bruno Hills (DBH): a women's interclub league of 18 matches (doubles play). There may be a tryout process to make a DBH team.
Central Mass Indoor Tennis Association (CMITA): a men's and women's singles and doubles league for Women's B, C and Men's A, A1, B & C.
Spring League: an outdoor daytime women's league consisting of seven matches against area clubs. Thoreau has three teams of various levels playing from late April through mid-June.
Suburban League: an outdoor men's evening league from late April through June. Practices and matches are held on weekday evenings.
USTA: Be part of this national USTA adult men, women, and mixed league program and compete for the opportunity to play at districts, sectionals or nationals. Practice times vary based on team schedules. All matches occur on a designated evening (Monday-Thursday)
